One of the best ways to live into the responsibilities of life, work, family and community is to leave them all behind and head to the woods. Through camping, hunting, fishing and hiking, men have gathered in the woods to tell stories, to live stories and to share wisdom across generations. This weekend at Shrine Mont we will look into the rich trove of Wendell Berry’s stories about men in the woods and we will remember stories of our own. Led by the Rev. John Baker.
