Megan Nolde is the Camp Registrar and Communications Assistant in the Office of Christian Formation for the Diocese of Virginia. In this role, she oversees the camp registration process, hiring processes, recordkeeping, and financial reconciliation. She also oversees social media, websites, graphic design, and event planning for Shrine Mont Camps and the Christian Formation office in general. She is also the point person for art exhibits at Mayo House, which tell the visual story of the Diocese of Virginia. Megan is currently most passionate about the work she is doing to grow the Shrine Mont Camps community as well as to expand the ways the Christian Formation office can support parishes.
Prior to working at the Diocese of Virginia, Megan worked in various nonprofits in Richmond, and taught art in public school for 5 years.
Megan attended Virginia Commonwealth University for her undergraduate degree, holds a Masters in Fine Arts from Temple University, and is pursuing a Masters in Public Administration at VCU. She currently lives in Richmond with her cat Neptune.
