Bill began his work as the assistant to the secretary of the Diocese in October 2012 and comes to the Diocese after a career in planning and community development. For the past 14 years, he worked to strengthen and improve neighborhoods and increase affordable housing opportunities in the city of Richmond. He is also involved in various lay ministry roles as a member of St. Mark’s, Richmond. Bill enjoys cooking, gardening in his back yard, classical music and working crossword puzzles. Bill looks forward to working with the churches in the Diocese and traveling around the Virginia countryside furthering his interests in history and preservation.
