Designed by the House of Deputies’ Committee on the State of the Church, and approved by the Executive Council of the General Convention, the Parochial Report is an annual insight into the life, ministry, finances, and membership of The Episcopal Church.

Your church will receive a letter reminding you to fill out a parochial report. The letter usually has paper copies of the forms (although you'll fill the report out online), a user ID and a password for your church. You will fill out some of the form, the treasurer will fill out other parts, and the Vestry needs to vote to approve its prior to submission, which means you should get started on it in time to approve it at the February Vestry meeting. If for any reason you cannot locate the letter regarding the report, the basics and the forms can be found online. You will still need to contact the national church for the parish’s user ID and password, if you cannot find an old copy in your parish’s files.
