Long-Term Disability Insurance is also available through Continental Insurance Agency. Billing is through the Diocese and the cost is currently $0.33 per $100 of monthly payroll. For information on enrollment, please contact Laura Lester.

Life Insurance, Short-Term Disability (also known as Income Replacement) and Long-Term Disability Insurance are available through Church Insurance Agency. Forms should be sent to the Treasurer’s Office for signature and forwarding to Church Insurance. For Plan Descriptions, please refer to www.cpg.org.
