At its heart, the Bible is about storytelling. All our relationships are, but how do we tell the story of God among us effectively and with authenticity? The Diocese of Virginia in partnership with Forma invite you to "I have a story to tell you...." Join storyteller and director of digital ministry for Membership Vision, Lisa Brown, along with dynamic workshop leaders for creative conversations about finding your story, telling your story, and creatively sharing your story.

Registration

Registration can be made by completing the online registration form if you are paying by credit card. The deadline for registering online is Friday, October 12.

If you are paying by check, please complete the paper registration form and return it to:

The Diocese of Virginia
Attn: Kate Wettstein
110 W. Franklin St.
Richmond, VA 23220

The deadline for mail-in retreat registrations is Wednesday, October 10.

Childcare

Childcare is available for infants, toddlers and preschool-age children (ages 5 and under). There are no childcare provisions for children of elementary-school-age or older. The cost for child care during the Fall Conference is $50 per child.

It is especially important that we know whether your child will be present during the group child care activities, since we need an accurate number of children to plan sufficient adult supervision. Therefore, the deadline to register your child for child care is FRIDAY, OCTOBER 5. The adult-to-child ratio is so important that the child care coordinator will be required to turn away children who are not registered in advance. This is essential for the well-being and safety of your children as well as for insurance purposes.

The child care supervisors are not permitted to administer any medications (over-the-counter or prescription).

Child care is provided during conference sessions and worship. You are responsible for your child during all meals, receptions and free time.

If you wish to have child care, please complete the online registration or the paper childcare registration form and send the paper form with a check for the child care fee by the OCTOBER 5 deadline to:

The Diocese of Virginia
Attn: Kate Wettstein
110 W. Franklin St.
Richmond, VA 23220
