First Fridays at Roslyn: Time for YOU
Friday, Feb. 2, 2007
Take time away from your busy schedule for a personal retreat.  Beginning in February 2007, Roslyn will host “First Fridays,” days set aside for individuals and small groups to come for a day of personal retreat and reflection.  A spiritual director will be available all day to lead worship, provide guidance on personal retreats, or to meet with you privately for spiritual direction.  Or you may spend the day on your own enjoying Roslyn’s beauty and tranquility.  The day begins at 9 a.m. with prayers and a brief introduction to personal retreats; lunch is served at 12:30 p.m.  Noonday worship and worship for the early evening will also be offered, as will dinner at 6 p.m. for those who would like to begin their retreat in the afternoon and stay through the evening.

Cost:  clergy and lay church employees $30 each; others $40 each.  Cost includes meals.  Roslyn is also available for overnight stays if you’d like to come the day before or stay Friday night.
