Michael Kerr

Mike joined the diocesan staff in 1993 and serves the the Treasurer of the Diocese. In that role, Mike oversees diocesan finances, insurance plans and investment oversight for the Trustees of the Funds, Roslyn and Shrine Mont. He is also an officer of the Diocesan Missionary Society. Mike has been on CREDO Institute faculty since 2000 and currently leads a faculty team. He is a director of both the Church Insurance Company and Church Insurance Agency. Mike is the son of an Episcopal priest and he and his family are active in their local church, St. Clare’s, Richmond, where he has served on the vestry and as the treasurer. Mike received a bachelor’s degree from the University of the South, a master’s of business administration degree from the University of Richmond and is completing a certified financial planner designation through Boston University. He coaches soccer and lacrosse and enjoys playing both soccer and golf.
