Frances Caldwell

Frances came to the Diocese in 2009 as the Director of Development and Stewardship. Her roles at the Diocese are to raise money for the ministries of the Diocese by increasing awareness of the work of the Diocese and to help churches develop year round stewardship programs celebrating all of the gifts of work, wisdom and wealth given to support God’s work. Frances works with the Stewardship Committee which raises money for the Diocese as well as assists churches with stewardship education. She is a parishioner and the former Director of Stewardship and Development at St. James’s, Richmond. She has been involved in civic, educational and faith-based fundraising for most of her adult life. Frances is a graduate of Mary Washington College where she majored in economics. She has two grown daughters.
